We diagnose the issue, discuss the next step, and get your approval before additional repair work.
01 / THE VISIT
$95 mobile service & diagnostic minimum
This includes travel within our local service area, diagnosis, and the first 30 minutes of onsite labor.
02 / AFTER 30 MINUTES
$100 per hour
Additional labor is billed in 15-minute increments at $25 each.

Check Your ZIP ↗Servicing multiple machines? The mobile/travel minimum applies once per property visit, not once per piece of equipment. Routine maintenance packages, repair labor, and parts still apply to the individual equipment and work performed.
YOU STAY IN CONTROL
We check with you before additional repairs.
We diagnose the issue first. Before additional repair work is performed, you receive an estimate or repair amount to approve. Work beyond the approved amount is not performed without your authorization.
You can also set a repair budget or authorization limit. Approved repair work and charges are invoiced through Square.

Parts are separate from labor.
Necessary parts and materials are billed separately from labor. Applicable tax and shipping may also apply. Special-order parts may require payment before we order them.
